About us

Welcome to Rosegol Massage Therapy, where we believe everyone deserves to live free from pain and experience life to the fullest. Our clinic is dedicated to helping clients find relief, relaxation, and restoration through personalized, hands-on care.

Our mission

Massage therapy is the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body — muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, and joints. It is a clinically oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with everyday occupational stress, muscular over-use, and many chronic pain conditions.

At Rosegol, we combine skill, compassion, and a deep understanding of the body to address the root causes of discomfort. We use a variety of therapeutic techniques, customized for each person, to release tension, alleviate pain, and promote healing. From sports injuries, accidents, and chronic pain to stress relief and general wellness, we are here to support your unique journey to a healthier, pain-free life.

With a focus on holistic healing, we believe true wellness is achieved when body, mind, and spirit are aligned. Our soothing environment and client-centered approach aim to create a place for you to unwind, renew, and return to daily life feeling restored.

Your therapist

Rosegol Massage Therapy is led by Arezoo (Rose) Golpayegani, a Registered Massage Therapist. Registered massage therapy is a regulated healthcare profession: RMTs complete accredited clinical training, pass provincial examinations, and practice under professional standards — which is why treatment is covered by most extended health insurance plans.

Rose brings experience, skill, and knowledge together with modern technology to help you live without pain. She is certified in a range of techniques and tools beyond massage therapy, and also provides professional teaching of massage techniques and skills.

Clinical assessment is the means by which we evaluate soft tissue and joint injury or dysfunction — so we understand how these physical structures are producing the pain you present with. Its purpose is to give us the information on which to choose the best way to treat you.

  1. 1

    Health history & consent

We begin with a confidential health history and informed consent for treatment, gathering the basic information we need and understanding your expectations and pain level.

  2. 2

    Clinical assessment

We assess the type, texture, and tension of your muscles and check the range of motion of the relevant joints.

  3. 3

    Specialized testing

Where necessary, neurological and orthopedic tests are performed to precisely identify the structures involved.

  4. 4

    Personalized treatment plan

Based on your assessment, we select the techniques, tools, and technology best suited to your presentation — and adjust the plan as your body responds.
